Getinge Sourcing, LLC and our associates are committed to the establishment, management, and continual improvement of our operations and Environmental, Health, and Safety Management System (EHSMS) in a manner that protects the environment, contributes to a sustainable society, protects the health and safety for our employees and the public, and protects the facilities by preventing the damage or loss of Company assets and possible interruptions of business.

We continually strive to ensure that our products and processes are developed and managed in full compliance with all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, as a minimum, as well as our own business standards.

We consider appropriate methods to promote health & safety, prevent pollution, conserve natural resources, and manage our facilities in a sustainable manner.  The EHSMS is maintained to identify the health and safety risks and environmental impacts of our operations, enabling us to proactively plan for and respond to changes in our processes, suppliers, and materials.

We are committed to the continuous improvement of our EHSMS to protect our employees and visitors by preventing injury and ill health, satisfying our business standards, conserving resources, and managing costs. Top management establishes, implements, and manages specific EHSMS objectives and projects that are designed to reduce health and safety risks, achieve and improve our performance, and reduce environmental impact.

We develop, document, and communicate the general principles of this policy to all employees and train each employee in the specific practices relating to their job that are required to achieve the requirements of the EHSMS. This Policy is available to all employees of Getinge Sourcing, LLC and to the public.

This Policy is reviewed annually by Top Management to ensure that the EHSMS remains suitable, adequate, and effective and shall be modified as needed to ensure this Policy remains relevant and appropriate for Getinge Sourcing, LLC.
